The American Standard Technician (formerly American Standard Diagnostics) Mobile App caters to Service Technicians and HVAC companies, aiming to streamline installation, commissioning, and service processes. It seamlessly integrates with Link Systems, Link Zoning, and Link Relay Panels to enhance the installation experience. The app provides a user-friendly interface with step-by-step guidance for HVAC technicians, simplifying setup. It ensures secure access to customer data and enables real-time system alerts monitoring for efficient problem diagnosis.

With the Dealer Remote Configuration (DRC) functionality, HVAC companies can remotely access and monitor homeowners' Link or smart thermostats, allowing proactive servicing, configuration adjustments, and diagnostic support to optimize HVAC system performance. The Guided Installation feature of the app simplifies accurate wiring diagrams and dipswitch settings generation. Moreover, it offers access to product literature, training videos, and calculators to further support technicians in their daily tasks.

Kindly note that this app is not compatible for onsite BLE connections with American Standard AccuLink™ systems.
